Vacancy: Senior Chef
Job Description: .Applicants should have the ability, determination and drive to operate within our busy kitchen environment. They should have experience of stock control and ordering and be flexible and willing to operate different sections within both the restaurant and banqueting kitchens. Vacancy:
Breakfast ChefJob Description: Experience of breakfast service is preferred for this vital role. Applicants will be expected to prepare breakfast to order for up to 80 guests as well as carry out preparation work for both lunch and dinner services. The breakfast shift will normally include lunch service and applicants will be expected to assist with this service.

Vacancy: Hotel Receptionist
Job Description: Working in a customer focused department, dedicated to providing the highest level of customer services. Duties will include; use of computerised reservation system, switchboard, handling customer enquiries, maximising room rates, and working as part of a team. Adminstration duties will also be required. Hotel experience preferred, but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours of Work: Full and part time between the hours of 7am and 11pm
Rate of pay: £Neg dependent on experience

Job Description: Working in both our Lagavulin Suite and our Dalwhinnie restaurant with responsibility for providing the very highest levels of warm and friendly customer service. Previous experience working in a similar busy customer focused environment would be a distint advantage, however is not essential as full training will be given. We are looking for people who are flexible, hard working and who have a passion for customer care, who show they have attention to detail and a desire to provide only the highest standards in their work.
